ICTG paper nominated for best student paper

A paper by Amali Weerasinghe et. al. has been nominated for the best student paper award at the International Conference on Computers in Education 2010 (ICCE 2010).

The paper, titled Evaluating the Effectiveness of Adaptive Tutorial Dialogues in EER-Tutor presents one aspect of Amali's PhD project where students was able to engage in dialogues with the ITS about particular domain concepts during their problem-solving activity.

The paper will be presented at the ICCE 2010 in Malaysia later this year. The ICCE 2010 is part of a series of annual meta-conferences (each consisting of six theme-based sub-conferences) organised by the Asia Pacific Society for Computers in Education.
